Saturn without intelligence can appear only as obstruction: delay, age, heaviness, and the refusal of easy passage. Agiel names the point where the same force becomes readable. The wall becomes a measure; the delay becomes ripening; the weight becomes a foundation strong enough to bear what would otherwise scatter.
This is why Agiel belongs to constructive limitation. It does not abolish Saturn's severity. It gives severity proportion, timing, and form. It is the part of Saturn that can distinguish a prison from a vessel.
